Mission Valley MGA Members-
It is hard to believe that we have navigated our way through most of our 2020-21 MGA calendar. We have a few important remaining events and activities.
Your attention is directed to the following:
- Men's Club Championship April 7, 9 and 10
There is still time to register for the Championship. It is single elimination match play,
flighted by handicap. Points for the Championship contribute to the MGA Season-Long Point Cup. Sign up in the Pro Shop.
(See below for more information on the Point Cup.)
- MGA Season Ending Event April 14
This will be an ABCD two best-ball event with tee times. This will be the last event that
contributes to the Point Cup. Sign up in the Pro Shop.
You will be receiving an email with the lunch selections. Please make your choice in advance. As a thank you to our MGA members
for your patience and participation, enjoy a beer on us after the event.
- MGA Season-Long Point Cup Shoot-Out April 17
The season-long competition will culminate with a 10 player nine-hole shoot-out with
handicap. The top 10 point holders (plus ties) will compete. If you are in contention, please reserve the afternoon of April 17.
If any player is unable to compete, the player next in the standings will fill that spot. We will start at 11:45 am with one player
eliminated on each hole. Total payout exceeds $700.
The top 25 and ties are listed below. But many players still have a chance to make the Top Ten by playing in the last two events.
The complete list is available on the MGA website at missionvalleymga.com.
- Annual Meeting
We will not hold the usual annual meeting after the final event. Instead, the MGA Board will provide a summary of
the year's events and activities, a financial report and a state-of-the-MGA summary.
If you have any questions or comments regarding the MGA please email them to us at info@missionvalleymga.com
by April 7.We would like to include answers to your questions and your comments.
