MVCC Men's Golf Association Members Dear {theirName}, We were unable to conduct our usual Annual Meeting of the membership and our Organizational Board Meeting in April. To facilitate a transfer of leadership and to begin planning for the coming year, our outgoing President, Lou Zowine, resigned his office so I could, as outgoing Vice President, assume those responsibilities. Your Board is planning a full slate of events for the coming year while remaining flexible to adjust to changing situations. Shortly, you will be receiving the Annual Report for last year and details on the coming year. Here's the immediate business at hand: Absent our Annual Meeting, we need the membership to vote on the re-election of the Board Members with expiring terms. For your information, Board Members are limited to the equivalent of two 3-year terms. Paul Grovum was appointed to the Board to fill one year remaining on Mike Thomas' term. Your vote for Paul would be for the next two years of his 3-year term. The other two nominees would be serving their second and final terms.
